It has been about two years since I finished my Benzo taper from taking 2 mg's of Klonopin for thirteen years or so.

Thanks for these helpful videos. I'm 3 months CT after nearly 10 years of Klonopin use. This has been terrible but hearing other people's stories helps to get me through each day. I do hope my memory improves though; huge chunks of the past decade, sadly some monumental moments of my life, seem as though they've been erased permanently. I would give anything to have them back.
@neighborbob3043

Augustus I would assume that you would regain your memory. I started taking 2 mg's of Klonopin in 1998 from a solvent related brain injury. My memory is back to pre Klonopin days now. Take care!

Bob, not sure if you'll remember me but no she wasn't poisoning me I've made it and I will say thank God for you and your videos I watched and watched tried getting others to watch just hoping they could understand what I was going through, if there's any chance you can get back with me I've got several questions need some advice basically, I lost old texts and not the greatest with phones, I'm so happy to be alive several things happened while in the middle of full blown withdrawal it will be a year Jan 5 not completely myself but by far from the hell I was in I've been through hell but nothing like the last year. Please get back to me.

No not really, but Benzo's do a number on a person. I would not think it to be a strange thing to have. I think a lot of people have things they are afraid to admit, so maybe that is why I don't hear of that so much. When your healed from the Benzo's I'm sure that all will go back to normal.

Hello Bob! You recall having hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) in which you have to eat frequently to keep the blood sugar stable?
@neighborbob3043
@neighborbob3043 6 лет назад
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LvaVsnHbIbI.html Hi Charles are you saying that you have hypoglycemia or asking if I do I did not quite understand you? Anyway I do not have it at all, as I eat only twice a day with no snacking. I eat my protein and healthy fat like avocado at noon daily. Then about 5:00 pm I eat a huge organic salad, and now my Benzo belly is much better. I also do a tablespoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of lemon juice before both meal and when I first get up as well.
@charlestailor8218
@charlestailor8218 6 лет назад
Your very very lucky you didn't have that symptom. Benzo Withdrawal can effect the HPA AXIS & throw the hormones out of balance (esp. cortisol & adrenaline). In B/W the adrenals are running rampage throughout the day in which uses up the glucose (sugar)supply. That's the only reason why I ask I'm still dealing with that symptom at 16 months off. Some folks it takes up to 24 months before it starts to fade away. But thanks for your response.
@neighborbob3043
@neighborbob3043 6 лет назад
Oh I know more than I wanted about hormone problems unfortunately. I had a dermal exposure to Cobalt back in like September of 2014 (and Cobalt spells death to the Thyroid). My adrenals crashed, and my cortisol was sky high. Along with that my Thyroid crashed and my Testosterone plummeted to a reading of 148 (that of a 100 year old man). To this day I must take about 22.5 mcg's of Cytomel T3 just to feel somewhat normal. It has taken me over two year to bring my Testosterone back up, nourish my fatigued adrenals and get my cortisol leveled out once I first got my stress under control. It's live and learn for me I guess as usual! : )

I've been on 2-4 mg of Klonipins a day for a year. I can go days with only 1/2 mg & after all I'm reading... I'm coming off them. I'm hoping I can come off easily. I'm going to be doing a Kambo Frog cleanse. It'll take it all out of me & then I'll be done with all that crap. I take MSM and DSMO. Many supplements. After the Kambo I will reassess & probably look into Vit C you speak about. Thanks!

I'd look at several things if I were you. The first being diet, and how clean your eating? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uaBbl9_zlb8.html Also, do you have any silver teeth in your mouth? If so they are 50% toxic mercury. Go to a Holistic Dentist and get them out and replaced with safer material like ceramic. Also any root canals are super toxic to your body and brain as well. If you have any the Dentist can clean them out for you. www.nihadc.com/library/detox-for-life-class-2-addit-resources/54-4-dosing-with-chlorella/file.html?accept_license=1 Then it would help you a lot to do a "heavy metal detox" say twice a year or so using clean chlorella from Mike Adams website and liquid cilantro tincture. Nothing causes brain problems like having a high heavy metal burden. And Benzo's believe it or not contain heavy metals themselves! If you need more information on trying any of these feel free to shoot me an e-mail at daddyniowa@gmail.com

You can't give advice on getting testosterone checked and claim levels of 300 isn 't enough, in the same video. That's unqualified statements and could get you into legal trouble. 300 is within normal range. Make a disclaimer, before you do
@neighborbob3043
@neighborbob3043 5 лет назад
Depending on your age 300 can not be enough. In general, the normal range in males is about 270-1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. A normal male testosterone level peaks at about age 20, and then it slowly declines.

@neighborbob3043
@neighborbob3043 5 лет назад
I'd say so Jessica. Like I was on 2 mg's of Klonopin for many years. I thought many times of re-instating in my 21 months of insanity from withdrawal. What stopped me was knowing what if I start taking the 2 mg's again and that does not make me feel the way it used to. Some run into that, and even take double or triple what they were on still to find little relief. In that case one would have to just continue to withdrawal. And in reinstating they may be in for a lot harder time, from having taken a lot more.

Never knew that benzos inhibited testosterone production. That would explain why I have all but lost my libido, whereas before taking the benzos on a daily basis, I had an abundance of testosterone and lady friends. Also nerve pain, but the insomnia is the one that messes me up the most. I ran out, went 5 days without. 5 days of no sleep, feeling like I was crawling out of my skin, atrial fibrillation, ended on day 5 with a minor heart attack. All this compounds on itself and leads to depression, etc. Thanks for sharing, proof that there is life after benzos
