Langdon did his own deep dive video on this exact gun within the last two days right here on RU-vid. If you're getting your info from GunsAmerica, you're really shorting yourself.

The 1.4" thickness measurement is at the safety levers for the base model (not with these narrower wings). The gun itself isn't much wider (if at all) than a G19.

@@redbeard2527 I've been collecting guns since 1985, and for some reason I just can't see making another purchase for a gun that just sits in a lockbox and doesn't get fired. Been trying to get to the range for months, what good is a firearm if you cant shoot it? I haven't fired the last 3 handguns I bought yet. If you've waited until now to make a purchase, you missed the bus. I graduated high school in 1970 and served in the military during Viet Nam. As crazy as I was as a young man, when you pass 70, you just don't want to leave the house when it's been raining for over a week. I'm a good driver but I fear all the others out there that shouldn't be driving.

@@jumpercable20 Oh I get that! I’ve been collecting since 2004. I also have a pregnant wife, and 3yo son. Hobbies took a back seat years ago. I’m also in Eastern Oregon, so it’s either summer, or winter 😂 I usually get one good range session a year where I confirm zero on everything, and do some drills.

@@redbeard2527 I hear you and understand, I can't wait to get back to the range, being over 70 and suffering a broken back and neck in my teens, most Doctors that have seen my MRI's can't believe that I walk and move like nothing ever happened, now I spend a lot more time in pain, waiting for a good day to head out to the range. People say shooting a gun is like riding a bike, I disagree, I believe practice makes not only perfect, but accurate.

What are you talking about? This is an awesome gun. I have a Langdon version that I bought about a year ago, and it shoots softer and better than just about any handgun I've tried. What don't you like about it?

These things were never priced that low. I JUST last week sold mine for $1500.00. You are probably thinking of the stock BERETTA subcompact that didn't have a rotating barrel. The compact and the full size are completely different.
