Hey Springer! Long time user and fan here… Im beginning to tinker around with the PX4 as I tend to use this setup for USPSA. Like the whole setup but the point you mention about that screw not being out all the way in is very important. I was wondering why my mags weren’t seating that well at first… then I noticed I gouged out the back side of the magwell where that retaining screw is. I would recommend y’all make that apparent among your description on the website as well as Langdon’s in addition to something within the product itself as I had no information on how critically important that is to just have to screw poke out enough to not bind against the magwell while enough to retain the basepad. A close up would help of that as well. I just want to see y’all succeed and not get frustrated customers over something like this.
Under which circumstances would you want to install your power spring? Im asking since I just installed your magwell, installed your mag extension with a power spring, and I cant get any more than 15 rounds in the magazine (with your extension and power spring) This is on a PX4. Thank you
Please make sure the bottom retainer plate isn’t on the bottom of the spring. The spring is used when the factory spring needs replacement. Orders@springerprecision.com can assist with more detailed assistance.
We do not have a video for each model, as the process is the same for all of the extensions. Here is a link to the P320 video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IhoT99FDcDQ.html
