Bergara B-14 BMP. Review and initial Field Test 

I own the Bergara BMP in 6.5 Cm. Changed the grip out for a vertical MDT grip then added a Harris bipod and muzzle brake. Then had the bolt fluted and polished. It's an amazing rifle.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite gun channels. When your third shot tagged the hole I let out a noise that startled my wife. Don’t think I’ll ever see that kind of groups with my Ruger No1. Thanks for the content.

I’ve got the same rifle in 308. I had a stockpile of 175 gr M118 and FGMM ammo which is why I went with 308. I also bought a B-14R with the HMR stock. I can swap the stocks back-and-forth, so for hunting, I’d probably use the HMR stock. I was able to shop around and pick up the BMP new for 1100. The B-14R was

I have it in 308. I swapped the grip with a vertical MDT and preferred that ergonomically. It’s a great rifle and an even better channel. Glad I found you!

I've got the bergara b14 hunter and love it, however the barrel is picky,likes hornady 168 amax and that is my hunting round .I hear that it is a target round by most folks but it is devastating on deer. This year found some success with federal 150 ballistic tips and have zeroed in 2 inches high at 100 and will give them a try this fall. Always enjoy your work, thanks

The 6.5 Creedmoor is an awesome caliber! I took 3 deer last year with mine, 2 were head shoots and the 3rd. was my long longest shoot at 275yds. All on a factory Savage 12FV with a Athlon 6-18x44mm scope. I worked up some hand loads with Barnes TTSX 120gr. bullets. I've have a plinking load I worked up with 129gr. SST that give me 1/2" groups all day long, but the best I've got was a 3/8'' group, these are all 5 shoot groups. Can't wait to see how your hand loads preform!!!

Going over my wish list and I was considering getting this so I looked up current prices and this has been discontinued. Pretty disappointing considering they didn't come out with an updated model to take it's place. Now it's either the Mglite or Comp which are more than twice as much.

If that rifle shoots the S&B that good I can imagine it will shoot well with just about any load combo you can think of. What are you planning to load for it? Brass? bullets? powder?
