Great video! this is going to help me a lot! The young up and coming "blue belt" keeps going for bolos. I defend it 50% of the time. With this he will never do bolos on me.

I am watching this because someone attempted to triangle me from guard, and countered it very quickly…..then he berimbolo me and it was all over from there
