Berk (black) Levi's Premium Sherpa Trucker Jacket Review *UNBOXING* 

Yeah I gained some weight and can happen. Need to hit the gym again lol. I used to be able to layer a thin hoodie with true to size sherpas.

I'm 6'6 253 pounds and I wear XL Levi's Sherpa Jackets. I think for you a medium size is gonna be enough. The problem with Levi's is the size inconsistency. I have three jackets and all of them are XL but for some reason one of the three feels more snug. I usually use a T-shirt under the jacket so it's fine, but if you wanna wear a hoodie for example then it can be problematic. I think the best solution is to visit Levi's store and try them on. Often the images from online stores are showing not accurate colors. So for example it's possible that the image shows a bright blue color jacket, but when you unbox it then you will notice it's a much more darker blue color. Customers have been complaining about this issue online.
