i am no where near as fast as you but i done 8 miles at half marathon effort and it was sooo mentally hard but felt amazing

Well done. I ran even splits 3.38 pk in Berlin , slowed a little bit the last 2 k. I think i passed you at km 35 or something. You seemed foccused . If you really want benefits from altitude, just go to Kenya, Iten. The Hills make you very strong . Keep up the good work. ( b.t.w. Valencia is faster )

Congratulations on another great marathon Anya. Do you think the Mindset app was good? Did it help? I have Chicago on Sunday and I need to rid my mind of the negative chat! Any help would be good 😊

Congrats on such a great event. Thanks for sharing your tips on how to control your mind during the race. I'm only a 10km runner and quite new to running, but I'll use these in my next race in a few weeks time. Anyone who can complete a full marathon are otherworldly in my books!!!

I am going for the all green colourway (well black shorts) in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 next weekend 💚💚 Endorphin Elite on my feet, SOAR's new Graphene Vest in green too. Wish that Coros would just update so that we can get blood glucose readings on their watches. Will probably be looking to replace my Apex Pro soon and the lack of being unable to see blood glucose readings from my Freestyle Libre on Coros watches during long Marathon training runs and Marathons themselves is leaving me with half an eye on swapping to Garmin. I do think that Coros gives us far more accurate running data though so I am not really wanting to change.
