You remember the DirecTV incident when Sid said he had a 'black card' to get all the channels for free on the air? And the dry cleaners incident with the shirts? I miss Imus and the guys.
@@Coasterdude02149 The dry cleaning fiasco was some of the funniest shit I ever heard. And it played out over a couple of weeks. Those were the days. Joe B overnight handing it off to Imus and then Mike and the Dog. Incredible.
I listened to Imus from the first day he came to NY on WNBC when I was in 8th. grade Loved almost everyone he ever employed on the show. His legacy continues to this day Lou, Sid keep it going. Bernie are perhaps missed the most.
After Imus did the White House correspondents dinner, the show went down hill. When they left WFAN, and sold their souls to WABC/Faux News, and the I-Man had to wear a neck tie, was the beginning of the end, and very SAD.
Comparing the ratings between the two shows is a tad uncouth. Sid owes Imus his career. No matter what the ratings, he’ll never be near the juggernaut that Imus was. Bernard had to remind Sid by saying “let’s be kind” as Sid craps on Imus. Shows Bernie was a class act. No matter how bad Imus was to work for, at the end of the day I’m sure Bernard was grateful to him. Sadly, with Bernard gone, you can probably set an egg-timer to how long this is going to last.
Oh please, Sid has been holding his own for months, he's entertaining without being an ahole like the I‐man. Sid owes no one anything, he's more than paid his dues. RIP Bernie, you'll be missed and your fans will continue to follow Sid cause we love him too. ❤
@@colleenc4624 I love Sid. Always have. Always will. But I’m going to call it the way it is. Stern was probably the biggest radio personality ever. And I hate Howard. I call it the way it is. Again, I love Sid. Happy for his success and hope it continues. But it’s important we remember where we came from. Bernard remembered.
Sid just tells the truth that's all . Btw he is great at what he does and the way he does it. He was born for this. That voice is ... something else. Plus he is super confident and smart !
@@congerz83 Rick, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. Howard Stern is the biggest POS, hypocrite. He's only popular the way "Jackass" was popular, low IQ followers. I love Sid, perhaps I'm biased but I loved him from day one, he has moxie, chutzpah and he's real. His love for Bernie touches my heart. He's a good man who overcame some issues and never bs'd about it, ultimate respect for the man. And he makes me laugh and unlike classless Stern and Imus, not at someone else's expense. Have a good weekend.
Don't really appreciate Sid trashing the late Don Imus ! Sid has a good memory it's just short. If not for Imus Sid would be parking cars in Boca Raton.
After hearing the on-air comments, it makes one think if Howard Stern was telling the truth when he said that Bernie wanted to quit Imus and work for Stern?
Bernie played volleyball at Baruch with George Santos where they won the Stanley Cup. lol. Have these guys commented on how they have been turned into fools by the cross-dressing Congressional Medal of Honor winning, academy award nominated inventor of the automobile- George Devolder Santos? Looking for links on that one. hahahaha
No wonder why God called up on Bernie. He was spewing too much hate here. If there’s one president that’ll take this country down in flames it would be trump the winner Biden won’t even be close
