@jbulls97able that's exactly what's I got ordered. 2 of thease 9' and 2 sharky 3 baitfeeder 5000's. Super excited to see what it's hitting for. Going to use to fish Kentucky river below a few locks. Planning on throwing 2oz weights 80-90 yards haha.
I've interested in this rod and looking at it on Amazon, wondering if it's any good. Be great if you could make a video of fighting and catching some fish. Thanks for sharing.
My best opinion would be just rated under a penn prevail rod. Not the worst not the best. Just a decent/good rod. Handles leopard sharks pretty well. It caught 2 five footers in my shark video from shore
Thanks dude. I bought this same rod on Monday. Would you say it's a heavy rod (weight wise) or a lighter one (as in, it wouldn't suck to be casting with all day)?
I’m Tica surf pole guy with diawa reels They don’t make 13foot Saw these rods have one so I’m planning on getting won with diawa df100A spinning reel Think be good set up
I saw a video of guy catching 5foot shark off the surf very pleased Never thought I can buy a pole like that off Amazon for like 50 bucks and reel is like 39 bucks Reel shows man catching big boys with it Cheap and ugly but reel itself is a shark machine I here Those poles look very sexy also Blend in with my 5 ticas
No sir it’s better for big surf fishing. You don’t wanna be casting it all day long. I use it for leopard sharks and crab snaring. I compare it to a penn previail. So in weight it’s not Heavy but like I said I don’t wanna be casting all day with it in surf. I use a okuma Rockaway for surf fishing
+C So, for the price yes. I didnt use the rod a million times i have tons of rods ands reels. This was a replacement for my daiwa bg rod. I would say for the price it was a good deal.
