Berserk Officially Gets an Anime it Deserves and Confirmed to Be Fully Uncensored 

Say Chibi, could you look into the legality of this? Maybe ask Studio Ellipse directly about it? I mean I doubt they wouldn't do this if they weren't sure they could get into trouble, but even so it is something worth asking

@@zerobeys they only get money for this project from their patreon and a few other kickstarters, so it's pretty much legal considering they title it a fan animation and unofficial, they credit the original studios and kentaro miura.

Chibi This is also the same fan anime studio that's doing Attack on Titan requiem anime which is an awesome fan ending made by a different team that works with studio eclipse that's adapting the last 3 chapter broken up into 7 parts both teams who work on aotnorequiem is great

This could be one of the biggest anime of the year if it hit streaming sites but the companies probably don't wanna risk it due to copyright.

Also it costs slightly under a thousand dollars per episode for the cheapest catalog titles, to hundreds of thousands of dollars per episode for simulcasts. According to google So maybe 80k I think berserk random is large considering it’s very popular If every berserk fan pays a dollar to this company they will easily have over 100m because 60 m is sales of manga and some people would like to donate more than 1 dollar

If they can get official licensing to animate berserk etc, without strictness or time constraints, and a streaming service to pick it up, UNCENSORED... mhhm shit could be massive

@@ReiseLukas It's in pre-production right now.. this trailer was entirely pre-animated. They have literally no part of a single episode produced yet. They're basically saying it's only going to take a year to produce this which is what legit studios struggle in delivering and why production issues are so rampant. What makes you think a small indie studio with no financial backing is going to deliver? This shit is so dead lol

that's why I like the idea of having different animation studios do different arcs. they should have the same showrunners and writers and animation leads what not... but having it be a bit of an anthology type of thing definitely makes it easier to not bite off more than you could chew. as long as it's all 2D.. or at least mostly.

except they've never promised a full adaptation of the whole story and nobody is paying for it. sure people are donating to support the project but it is all free content to consume at the end of the day. also their aot project is set to release late this year.

@@TonysLittleFavorite Based off the trailer, yes it seems to be a full adaptation of BS. From the first apostle, snake baron, colette, the count, Griffith... unless most of the trailer is just deceptive. That's my point about AoT. They've been working on that for about 3-4 years and they haven't even released it yet. Granted i don't think they announced a release date/window until recently on their latest trailer, so i guess we'll see in Sep. If even that gets delayed, then we know what's up.

@@partapbejai548 You do know that not everything that reviews well, is actually good, and it goes the other way too, just because something gets bad reviews, doesn't always mean it is actually bad right? I loved the 97 Berserk anime, but can appreciate what the movies tried to do, and really, other than cutting some stuff and a few minor issues with some of the bits of cgi in the first movie, the movies just kept improving with each release, Studio 4c were also planning to carry on after and would have likely adapted the rest in the same quality as the third movie, which was great...which is what ideally would have happened, but instead we got Berserk 2016/17. I remember a lot of people shitting on the movies, until Berserk 2016/17...then the same people shitting on the movies were saying how they wished the movies had carried on... Long story short, stop being an npc and look into things yourself, and figure out whether YOU enjoy something, rather than just taking reviews as outright fact...reviewers have different opinions afterall, some of the greatest movies in cinema bombed at the box office and got terrible reviews, and yet became cult classics still loved to this day.
