TBF I have major anxiety and nausea every morning sans substance use. Though, yes the addictions only make it 10x worse. I can't imagine.

3 years sober here and I can say unequivocally that my ''panic attacks" completely went away once I detoxed and abstained from alcohol. Not so strange after all.

Not gonna lie he totally killed my buzz. He went all Sarah Connor on us. Yes we all die in the end, that's why we are suppose to make the most of each day we have. He's all worked up because he's getting older and his body can't take the abuse and he can't recover as fast. Honestly he's done way more than he needed to and he doesn't have to keep donating his body to audiences, as all stuntmen eventually get seriously hurt or die, and we don't want that for Steve-O. Focus on the podcast, stand up and keep pumping out merch, gain sponsors, like a toiletpaper company to promote with your hot sauce.
