पैसो,घर,गाडी से लोग छोटे नही होते हैं छोटे सोच से होते हैं। पैसे तो वैश्या और भिखारियो के पास भी खूब होते हैं।

I have used them - ie Muskaan motors - they are good - their rates are nearly 50% of the regular service centre. And the difference is due to labour cost difference vs Mahindra service centre. I found for regular service at 70k kms the cost of labor was double of parts.

Mahindra has one of the shittiest service and quality control. My Scorpio had a busted Turbo from the beginning and the service center guys at Bangalore were so incompetent that they couldn't even diagnose the problem even after seeing the same error code again and again. In fact they have just reset the error code few times and have returned the vehicle to me claiming that the issue is resolved and the Turbo is working fine. In fact, I have done a 3 month long India trip (in 2012) with that busted Turbo and had to get a service done at their Guwahati service center. It's the service engineer at Guwahati who has informed and showed me properly that the issue is with the Turbo itself and it needs replacement. As I was on a trip, I didn't had much time to get it fixed there and I've returned to Bangalore and told them to replace the Turbo immediately. Initially they were not even agreeing to replace it under warranty, but after sending a couple of mails to M&M, they have decided to replace it under warranty. I was happy at last when they've returned me the car and told me that they've replaced the turbo under warranty. But the story didn't end here and my happiness was short-lived. Even though they've claimed that they have replaced the Turbo, the problem showed it ugly face within next few days. The error code popped up once again. I had to take the car back to the service center and told them sternly that I will take some other steps if they don't fix it properly. After this they have actually replaced the Turbo with a new one and they have also requested me to not to complain to the M&M big bosses about this issue. And yes, they have lied to me first time when they claimed that they've replaced the Turbo, this is how the service of M&M are. I've decided after that episode to never even buy any M&M vehicle in my life again. I kinda like the new Thar but I don't think I have the courage to buy and maintain it as it's another M&M product. Have lost total faith in them. And oh, in another episode, one of the M&M employee has even offered me to change my brake-pads from another vehicle as they were not having stock immediately (not in Bangalore but in a smaller city). It seems these malpractices are common among some of the service centers and it's better to be careful while leaving our vehicles for servicing.

Dump this vehicle. Buy a 4x4 and have it modified as per your requirement. Don't delay.
