The Nexon platform is in fact the same as that of Vista. Vista was quite a spacious and comfortable car with decent ground clearance. Very smart of Tata to build a totally different car and a top seller on top of that.
Why Tata Motors isn't making good petrol engines, why there are not seamless experiences with their products, inconsistent panel gaps, harsh, alot vibration in petrol engine etc. ?? Any comments...??

1:11:35 same happened with me when I went for test drive for Nexon I also Did petrol dca and after driving 2 kms the car stopped halfway and the gear were not engaging and the mid showed transmission failure
I don't agree with you in regards to triber magnite duo, I know that those 1.0L non-turbo engines are not very good, but every car does not need a fun factor or a character. Some cars can be practical purpose-driven as well. Triber is a very good option to upgrade from an omni/eeco or in the case of magnite from a wagon-r/Santro. Also, both are safer and offer some features at price points.

I’m part of Nexon group of around hundreds of owners and not 5% of them have any issues even they are proud owners and very happy with India’s 1st safest 5* car of India. At the outset, let me tell you that I like both of you. Yogi has a great voice and I like your English pronunciation-usually very polished and not many reviewers can do that. Again, you’ve a great voice. I’ve been following Gagan for a long time, in fact, have had consulted him personally over the phone and respect him for his knowledge and understanding of cars and the industry in general and he has made some great videos. I especially enjoyed his ghumakkad and foreign trip car videos, other videos as well. But now what I’m going to say is something that both you wouldn’t like. This video was very low quality and I’d rate it as a very cheap sort of video. It felt as if you had nothing to do and created a video in a very casual manner. Being funny and being cheap are two different things and there’s a very thin line, I’m sorry to say that you crossed that line. You have lowered the bar so much with this video. A bit of fun is okay but you must understand that people are spending their time to watch this (you may argue that it’s my choice to watch or not but this is a genuine advice from a regular viewer and one who follows you both), so it should mostly be informative with a little bit of fun spread here and there. Many of your jokes only both you could get, that’s purely being rude and impolite to the viewers who don’t understand what you mean. It also felt that you were entertaining yourself, but I guess the primary objective is your viewers. It felt that you’re mocking a lot people, you don’t need to do that, you have a great following and people don’t care what others are doing. We respect and that’s the reason we follow you, hell with others. To become great, you don’t need to demean others-that’s not needed, please. You follow your path, and you’re doing great anyway. Keep your frustrations to yourself. Make videos that are about your knowledge and guidance, and we love them. Your interview with Maruti CEO was great, your video on types of transmission was great. So please continue that-my humble request. Nobody in the world becomes great by demeaning others. Please don’t become that. These were my two cents, and I’m sorry if I offended you guys but it’s painful to see you guys going that lane. One thing you guys missed that is that the navigation screen on Himalayan disappears when we locked the phone, then it only show maps like previous tripper navigation way, then what's the use if we have to keep the phone unlocked in pocket. It's a serious bug they need to fix.
Unfortunately it’s not possible, the way it works is by casting the entire phone screen on the cluster, kinda like screen mirroring, not like CarPlay or android auto. It’s the hardware limitation. Only half baked solution would be reduce phone brightness to low to save some battery.

I dont agree your comments on Tata, been using Nexon from 5 years, 2018 Diesel Model. Had problems with Gearbox and Tata really helped us and changed the entire gearbox after 3 years for free of cost. There are small problems, like the rotary of volume tend to break and even AC vents outer cover, rest we never had any issues, consistently getting more than 20 KM/L, even with spirited riding. Met with an accident last year and our car had few scratches and the opposite car (Baleno) crashed on one side, and entire light assembly and front bumper was gone. In 5 year ownership we had 3 niggles. We can easily live with all.
Bro im telling you, even i own a nexon for more than 1.5years and these guys are simply bashing the brand for no reason...not at units have problems and they get fixed easily...
Great, khudos for the guts to say clearly about some so called Made in India Big Brands. Always loved the way you say clearly about some issues as one is putting his hard earned money in the purchase & if latter he finds some headaches, its painful then. I request you both to please make a detailed episode on Gear boxes of cars ie. AMT, CVT, IMT, DCT/DSG, AUTOMATIC, TORQUE CONVERTER, etc with use of paddle shifters. Please explain in full covering points about durability, reliability, power output, maintenance cost, lifespan, low & High performance, fuel economy, heating issue (if any). This really will be helpful & also it is due from you both as you have not done it. 😊
It is already there in ICN channel by Vikas. TC is most reliable, CVT is most fuel efficient, DCT/DSG has best performance but poor reliability. AMT is a budget jugaad option very jerky (Hyundai is best followed by Maruti; avoid AMT of others)
