I love boots. I don´t use tennis any longer after reading the book " Born to run". I use boots on a daily bases with shorts and jeans, I use boots even to rum and bike. I was amazed by this video. It is so peaceful, is like a zen master caring for a garden. It is my dream to make my own boot. Congrats my friend, you are awesome.
Look at all the work that goes into making these boots........the perfect leather, the knowledge of the boot maker, the attention to the smallest detail...very labour intensive, and tell me boots, which will last at least one lifetime, are not worth the sum being asked for them. It’s probably between $700-$1000 dollars, and some will go “what....that’s way too expensive!”....then go drop $1200 for the new IPhone. I’ll never understand their priorities, nor will they understand mine. So be it.
Sir, I commend you not only on your sublime craftsmanship but also on your video making! It’s so wonderful to watch with just the natural noises of your craft! Oh yes, and did you make that beautiful green hat? It’s stunning! I have liked and subscribed 👍👍

Fabulous work! Just curious, why do a 270 welt on this boot, rather than a 360 welt? Also, even though this isn't a Goodyear welt, do you put anything like cork in the cavity between the insole and outsole? Cheers! Wait a minute, I think I figured out one of my questions. At 6:13 do I see a cut piece of leather filling the void? If so, what type of leather is that? Thank you!
How did you learn this skill? Did you do an apprenticeship or school? Also I would love to learn more about how you arrived at your designs, they are so great looking. How do I get some?

The shoes you have made are VERY BEAUTIFUL. But why does every couple have their noses lifted...? My personal preference I DON'T AGREE......I want to see which pair of shoes you wear that doesn't have the toe cut off....??? ...Thank you very much. Remember to send the clip to me....
