LG is the best because of their amazing after sales service. They resolve any issue withing 2-4 hours of complain and I have been using LG AC from past 5 years without any issue
Eh. Panasonic has all the features compared to Samsung except "crappy" bixby Yes Panasonic ac's can be controlled via voice integratted with google assistant or alexa too . I own Panasonic smart ac . The only thing I'm not happy with it is the ac app . The app resets after every software update so you should login to the account again which is quite irritating. And the rest everything is fine...the app is well optimized and works flawlessly.
Excellent video Siddharth 👍. I was initially considering Panasonic, but your demonstration of the smart functionality and the two apps opened up Samsung as another option for me. I just had a query about how the 4 ACs rank in terms of installation and After Sales Service. Also, do you recommend going with a big box retailer (like Croma, Reliance, etc.) or buying the AC directly from the manufacturer's store/website?
Thanks. As for the installation and after sales service, what matters is what kind of person you have in your area that handles that. For example, I didn't have a great experience with LG installation, but it was the fault of that specific person who came for the installation. Other brands were also good with their installation, however, Panasonic contacted me the fastest. Offline/online models have some difference between them, but you should be able to find a product page that details all their features. I bought from Amazon, and didn't have any issue with it, and they will also easily replace your AC if you have a genuine issue. If you buy from a dealer you may get better support I guess, but Amazon has also been great for me for my last 5 AC purchases.
Good informative Video Siddharth. I was looking to buy an AC under 40k for the very hot & humid conditions in Chennai. I was more inclined towards Daikin for some reason, however i am convinced anything between LG/Panasonic might just do the trick. Thanks for this video! Also it would be great if you could do a review of similar sort for the Solar panel you have installed. 🙂🙂
It's not there in the 2024 model, I have it in my room. Also there are differences in online and offline models, I just checked that it is present in the offline model.
@@TechReflex dude it's not one Panasonic Variant they are selling..there's many. The features It depends on which one you choose. You should have mentioned that. You can't rank by comparing against one single Variant.
@@8080VB it's the ACs in same price range, LG also offers Wi-Fi enabled ACs with hirizonal swing at higher prices. Besides, at least on Amazon I can't find other variants (except the Croma model was seeing offline).
Fyi again...lol. The remote you get with Panasonic ac depends on the variant you choose..for instance i have Panasonic ac 2023 model with smart (miraie) support. And the remote i get is way bigger and functional and ergonomic. Much more premium id say . So if you pick a 2023 or above model you'll get wider, bigger and everything mentioned remote with yout ac. Im sure Sidharth's variant is older or its not the premium one he has.
Could be a difference between the online and offline model. The offline model was 3-4 K more expensive than online, and has a different design. Good to know that they have a better remote in their other variants tho.
I heard on reddit that the wind free models get clogged easily. The design also seems prone to clogging, and I didn't feel much benefit by going wind free. Just adjust the swing to be at highest and use lowest fan speed if you don't want wind hitting you.
Panasonic is west of the money. The service is very poor. I have 2 Ac, within 2years 7 to 10 times pcb is not working and every time it needs replaced and also it has only 1yr warranty on PCB and after it costs around 13000 rupees . After the warranty period it is repaired 3 times = 39000 in my case Panasonic is equal to the waste of money .
Hi great video very informative. But still can't decide which one to gol for? Our room is 12/10;approxb120 sqrft on the top floor but still the room is on the cooler side as sunlight doesn't come directly in the room. We will be using ac generally in the summer months like March, April, may October and depending on the heat in other months or we may not even use it. Now as per our room size and top floor should i buy 1ton with what rating? Or 1.5 ton 3 star is enough? Or 1.5 ton 5 star just for the safety purpose.? Priority Need instant and faster cooling and Should be absolutely silent in the room. I dont need wifi ac , just need simple ac. Selected Panasonic Daiken Carrier Haier Hitachi Llyod Samsung Which one should be good? I will be checking out as to who has got the after sales service in our area. Kindly advice please thanks.
1.5 Ton 3 star AC will be best for you, there's no difference of safety between 3 and 5 stars. You can go for any brand you like, like Samsung, Daikin, Panasonic.
I have 180 sq feet room, which is closed from all sides. I don't want to buy ac online to avoid after sales support hassle. I am confused between Panasonic smart and Daikin ac (1.5 ton, 3 star). Whats your suggestion, my requirement is great and fast cooling due to frequent power cuts in my area.
In youtubers ki baato mein bilkul bhi nahi padna ye log paise lekar video banata hai, hum ne vineet Malhotra ki video dekh kar Panasonic AC liya 4din bhi nahi hua ac ka indoor unit ka motor Kam karna band kar diya aur customer service itni bad Kiya baatao😢😢😢hum toh pachta reh hai but app log bache
Do any of these allow to take out the internal fan through a side door, for easy cleaning? All ACs I know require one to disassemble them. Very cumbersome, feels a bit like stone age and nonsense designs.
panasonic has the worst service even the ac is under warranty. never go for panasonic. everything is excellent until a small problem starts with panasonic ac.
