Peanut butter, watermelon, working out which in some cases can speed up the growth process, and weight training usually with abs since working abs can actually make you faster, I get you asked what they eat but lots of workouts are a big factor. And good genetics but you can get passed that with what I just listed.

Besides a top athlete getting arrested would make for better content then watching little kids do homework. Cover Bishop Gorman or IMG academy for a season. Like they did for Pulaski academy.
