Let’s go ANA, EVA Air, Singapore, Korean Air wooooo. I’m so glad seeing so many Asian airlines in the top 10. I’ve ridden on all of them and I can tell you guys they have such a fight crew
Awesome video man. Really it was such a pleasure to watch your videos ... Actually if you go deeper EVA AIR is the greatest airline because since their first flight till now they registered 0 accidents and no technical issues on their flights which shows they are much efficient and they are also one of the safest airlines in the world.. My big surprise is virgin australia is in this list . I have travelled on singapore airlines, etihad ,korean air , Qatar from this list .. I would reallly go with your video
I have based my top on the ranking made by Airline Ratings, which is the world's reference in terms of airline review and evaluation. According to them, Emirates is "only" at the 16th place. I must admit that I'm a bit surprised by this, as I was expecting Emirates to be at least in the top 10, if not even in the top 5.
@@Top10Aviation I'm seriously disappointed that Airline Ratings didn't consider Emirates. Emirates has been providing exceptional services and literally tops in many features. My father is a pilot in Emirates and I've flown in all classes and both the planes of the airline. I must say, the a380 as well as the b777 have amazing seats. I love the flight experience of Emirates. Quite a few times I've flown alone when i was very young and the cabin crew has taken amazing care of me. I'm studying to be a pilot in Emirates and I'm for always loyal to the airline. So coming from someone who has a lot of experience with the airline, I'm really surprised that it isn't in the list.
I flew Etihad from Manchester to Phuket in Sept 2022. Two planes. 1. 787-100, tiny screen pathetic earbud headphones. 2. 787-900 rock hard seats made the flight a misery! Food and service were very good.
Were you to ask all those passenger with lost, delayed and missing bags….. dealing with poor customer service, they would tell you quite a different story.
My sons bag went missing for a whole week, we had to buy him clothes and toiletries… we were promised $50usd a day for expense, but to date nothing. Their customer service is a joke and o must have been on hold multiple time and then they just dropped the call. The people transfer you to another numbers and no one picks up. It’s honestly a joke and they seem to have no concern about how inefficient and frustrating it is for one to call and get some one to respond. After 14 calls I did finally speak to someone, who did suggest some ways contacts to get help. To date, I have not been compensated for the inconvenience and my expenses.
So just give it a context, I have based my top on the ranking made by Airline Ratings, which is the world's reference in terms of airline review and evaluation. According to them, Emirates is "only" at the 16th place. I must admit that I'm a bit surprised by this, as I was expecting Emirates to be at least in the top 10, if not even in the top 5.
@@Top10Aviation it kinda makes sense as even though their first class and economy is game changer, their business class is horrendous and outdated in a 7 across. Their hub in Dubai also bring them down as some sections look old and worn and their business and first class lounges are oversized and lacking character. I actually also hate their wood finish.
@@Top10Aviation You're welcome. For starters, I'd argue that Turkish airlines may not belong in this list due to their flight schedule delay rates. So they might sit somewhere in top 20's but not in top 10. Second, Qantas has also been struggling to keep up with the current passenger volume and their staffs are overwhelmed on the ground operations on airports like heathrow and schipol. This is maybe caused by them sacking their own internal operations and outsourced it to the lowest bidder. So, a position somewhere below ANA might be more suitable. Lastly, I would also argue that emirates should be in number 1, with qatar following closely 2nd, and etihad can be positioned right below SQ. From a passengers perspective, emirates is the most willing airline to make sure that their passengers reach their destination, and even offers for flight switch beforehand without any additional cost. The rest of the airlines mentioned previously also follows suit but their customer policy falls short to the service provided by emirates.
