For the safe task you have rotate the 1st nob in the direction in which the number is written. It is for three times you have to rotate and then after dping that you can rotate the 2nd nob to complete the task!

I think the reason it's taking so long is that they are working on fixing the bugs, this map, while seeming finished at first, has a few obvious things that are pretty broken, as a side note, I don't think the empty garbage second part will actually be what it looks like in the final, it just doesn't fit in with the first part. Anyway, they are probably also prioritizing other things as part of the update like the friends list or the new chat for Xbox. Though, it's also possible they'll be part of separate updates.
