Should we change the oil after a long drive e.g. ISB - LHR, more/less or countinue according to the recommend next oil change reading?

No need dear, you have to change the oil after certain kms as per OEM recommendations or oil company recommended e.g. 3000, 5000, 8000,10000, 15000. It has nothing to do with travelling to Lahore or Islamabad or Germany Italy

Dear khwaja bhai with this brand of engine oil ur car run more then 10000 km and must change your oil filter with every oil change and if possible change oil filter in 5000 km and top up 200 ml oil more.and you should not go for 10 w 40 oil grade.

you used Guard filter with german mobile oil...shouldn't you have used a compatible filter as well because we use this filter for m/oil which lasts for 3000 km...sir
