Thanks for the awesome summary. I have the Hilton Aspire Amex but gave up the Amex Platinum during Covid. I enjoyed using the Amex lounges and Fine Hotels and Resorts previously and will probably get it the Amex Platinum again some time in the future.

Hi, thank you for the suggestion, I plan to talk about it in the future but here are my thoughts: I don’t think the delta card is worth it because the platinum card overrides the benefits but it will be worth it if you goal is to get airline status. See with the platinum you get 5x points on any airline purchase and later you can transfer your points to the Delta program 1:1 so basically you are getting 5x delta points for dollar spent. With the Delta Amex you only get 3x points on delta purchase and 1x points in all other purchases or other airlines. Check my video on the Platinum card for more information.
