Bali prawns... I do this kind of thing but Portuguese... garlic onion lemon chilli tomato paste marinade then into cornflakes... but I oven bake to male them a bit healthier for the kids I serve it with golden veg rice, corn on the cob and thin chips.. ooh and with chicken goujons

Typical Thai people don’t really eat lamb. We are predominantly a Buddhist country, but our Muslim sub demographic eat lamb! Much more common in the South where large pockets of Muslim communities reside.

I'm thinking of making the prawn toasts as an appetizer for a family gathering at christmas but where I live people aren't so used to fish sauce or much spicy flavor and there will be kids. Can someone recommend me an alternative sauce to go with?
