I’m currently considering getting myself enrolled in a PSW course to jump into the health sector. It’s a 6-month theoretical and 1-month practical program. Since I’m on a work permit and not a study permit, I’ve been advised by one of institutions that I can still enroll in this course. I’d really appreciate your advice, suggestions, and ideas on whether this would be a good move in terms of career advancement and opportunities in the medical field. Yes, you can still enroll for this course, although it will not helps in extending your work permit.

I am not sure of there schedule for classes but mostly you’ll be having 3-4 days and sometimes its just 1-2 days a week. And yes this course is good if you are aiming for PR
