i’m at Shade at Desert Ridge since 10/2023 and we got a 2b2b for $1890 so price definitely has went down

I say don't move here it is really hot and all of these areas she's touring is not safe unless you don't care about that then its fine but the amount of money is not worth it for the area

Thnx 🙂 Would you still recommend these for someone new to PHX and working remote? Do apartments get more expensive during a certain season/month? I know it’s cheaper to move into an apt during the winter on the east coast. Would it make sense to work with a realtor to find an apartment?

Yes I will still recommend these. Yes, to your point. You can use a realtor especially if you plan on working with them in the future; but you don’t need one to find a nice apartment. Definitely see about move in specials. Lots of apartments offer it. You may get a lower rate if you sign a longer lease.

We were in Iowa for school honestly (which is where we met) and ended up staying for work/jobs after college. We got through it because of the friends we had; but we knew we weren’t making Iowa home. I couldn’t take the long winters and really humid summers with not a whole lot of things to do. Leaving definitely increased the quality of life for us for sureeee. We could make a video about this someday. Thank you for asking 😊🙏🏿
