While researching long range options for another video, I accidentally found this Cooper Carbine build that has the best stats out of all the other AR's. According to the True Game Data website it comes in first for Time to Kill & Range, and its super controllable with barely any recoil. If they decide to do one more update, I expect that it will get nerfed so use it while you can!!
