Where did you buy the dye from please!? Also why does the 613 roots need bleaching if its already blonde?

Hey so The first time I shouldn’t have bleached it. But When I applied the dye after it made the knots more visible. So I bleach mine again to lighten them. I purchased from salon skincare x
