Gua sha can be the most effective long term skin care device if you really take the time to learn the method. Yeah you can simply massage around according to intuition, but learning something about fascia and lympha takes you to the next level. With gua sha you want to remember that the more careful and slow you are, the deeper the effects actually go. Do it regularly once a day from 15 minutes to an hour, the board flat against the skin, never pulling or dragging, but carefully gliding it.

I love my Nuface. Use it with aloe gel though. I have had it for three years. Excellent results

I Will order mine soon and they will send me a gel whit it. Do I need to use or can I also use the aloe gel ? Which is more helpful

X H .......Use the gel that comes with it. When it runs out replace it with the aloe gel.

Use guasha few times a week. I love how my cheeks look after it😹 perfectly flushed cheeks. Been interested in Nuface for awhile but the price, why is it sooo expensive

You can buy it at a discount on Editors Choice Website. A reputable store out of New York. I bought a second from them. I use both at the same time . One on each side of my face. It cuts my microcurrent time in half.

Hi Ava, great sharing. I’m caught in between of the skininc LED lights and ReFa. Not sure which to get. Your sharing is a great pointer. Does the ReFa continue to give good result/effect over a time of usage as compared to the skininc optimizer? For anti-aging skin concern.

Hey! Both great products. Refa is amazing but more for targeted wrinkles while the LED would be better for the whole face

Which product would you recommend for face that suffers from acne/spots? I read reviews about Optimizer but I’m not sure if it’s good for oily/spot prone skin. What would you recommend?

I would recommend the Skin Inc Optimizer and use the blue light - that is best to target acne!

Glow With Ava in your expertise, what’s the different purposes that they serve? I imagine the Refa would target lymphatic drainage, but i think the Nuface is capable of that too? Or is it that the Nuface is specifically targeting the muscles?

I havent had the chance to try it but it may be more travel friendly but not sure if it would be as effective as the full size

The full size and the mini have the same amount of current. I would purchase the mini only if you are not planning on purchasing the added on attachments later
