I love Atari. I even pre-ordered the Atari 2600+. Can't wait to receive it. It'll play Atari 2600 games and Atari 7800 games. It hooks up via HDMI.

Krull is a great game. I wish there were other 2600 games made after often forgotten 80s Sci Fi / Fantasy flicks. Ice Pirates, Beastmaster, Deathstalker, Buckaroo Banzai, etc. would be killer I bet.

Atari Jr! My first console. While everyone else had a NES, my parents got me the JR bundled with a ton of those HES 4 in 1 carts. River Raid, Ghostbusters, Kung Fu Master, Summer/Winter/California Games, lotta good little titles on there.

My love started with the Jr. when I was a kid. Unfortunately accidently stepped on it twice. First time it played for years with a gaping hole on the top of it, 2nd time it was harder to slide the switches, so I got the original built like a wooden tank system. But I kept my original kr in days to Frankenstein the original into another 2600 jr shell to live again!!!!

Electronic spray works great on the paddle controllers! Open them up and spray inside the paddle mechanism turn back and forth vigorously and Bam! Your playing paddle games like back in the day!😁

When I got Krull as a kid, I didn't even know there was a movie. But I loved the game. I've seen that it's not universally losed. Video Game Critic gave it a D+! But I thought fighting the teddy bear with the throwing star was fun. Having to keep track of the time so the castle will actually be where you expect, picking up the throwing stars, and if you only have one, deciding if you really want to fight the teddy bear or just run made it seem like a real adventure. The spider web was the weak part, other than having to get through a challenge to find out the location of the castle was cool.

Hey man. Hope you are well. Regarding E. T. game , it's worth mentioning that they had about 5 weeks from the idea to creation of the game so the product could be released in time for Christmas I believe. So from nothing to this concept I believe it is a great result. If timescales were more kind for the authors then I think game could have been much better game with a better storyline, especially when we look at Raiders of the Lost ark... Anyways good video. I personally wouldn't want an atari 2600 jr. Because I have heard that they have a much higher failure rate than the older ones because they were made with cheaper parts. I have an all black Vader that I'm happy with.

This game isn't to bad once u figure it out. Just takes a long time. But it did kill the Atari. I love ET the movie.

Adventure is still one of my favorite video games of all time, with possibly the lowest-quality graphics possible. But this is the POWER of the Atari 2600. Zelda is a pretty little wussy compared to the square dot you play in ADVENTURE.

I remember playing ET all the time. Could never figure it out. It actually has an ending. Same thing with Indiana Jones.
