Same, at one point wanted to become fitness youtuber cause of Rob, it was legit before the word influencer happened. I cannot believe that he is pretty much same still and he is turning 40 this year.

The split on the side is the brachialis. You build it up, it actually helps push the bicep from underneath…giving you a larger peak. Also provides a more full look to the arms
