Well, it was stated over and over again. A killer is supposed to be x4 times better than a survivor. Even then a killer has to do various judgement calls. Like, for example, realise True is nigh-untouchable and isn't worth the trouble. And once again, every decision is x4 times more impactful That being said, this Billy is crazy good. True looped him for 2 gens straight and he still managed to get 3k

Yep, imagine a less experienced player using Bubba or Clown... they'd have no chance if all gens got done against a good player and a killer with mobility and map pressure

Those are the add-ons that help with curving. Steering add-ons dont help curving at all.

Actual curving or flicks however are used when you use the very fast steering that you have for the first half of a second into a chainsaw sprint. This steering is not influenced by the steering add-ons. Steering add-ons only change the steering AFTER the first half of a second. Speed add-ons help you to get the maximum effect out of this first half of a second. That is why they are the curve add-ons.

a bit of both, you dont need both to curve but they both help you curve better and make it harder to predict

He didn’t use either of the curve addons you guys, he was using acceleration. The curve addons are the boots and alcohol, he didn’t use either cause he didn’t need them, he was just that good of a billy.

You can do the same curvs without any add ons, the reason a lot of billies use engravings is because there harder to react to when you curv around corners giving you more downs

@@baybora95 Actually you cant quite do what he does without speed add-ons because you can only turn for a small amount of time after you start the sprint. This time limit obviously translates into a distance limit, you can only go a certain distance with your sprint before curving or you lose the ability to do a sharp enough turn. With extra speed this distance is higher so you can actually start the curve earlier. With both speed add-ons you can actually do a 180 degree curve around these trucks, BUT that shit is impossibly hard and I have never seen anyone do it outside of youtube montages. Being able to start the sprint earlier together with the extra speed makes it so catch up with people faster around loops so you can also do curves with spped add-ons where you simply cant without them. You can however definitely curve witthout speed add-ons, your curves just are a little bit worse. I also wouldnt advise starting to curve with double engravings because it is harder with them and double engravings suck without good curves. Double engravings also costs two of these precious add-ons per game. If you practice curves, then you want a consistent experience so you dont want to use different add-ons all the time, that will fuck with your muscle memory.

Billy has more control over his chainsaw for the first second-ish of his sprint. Reverse of Oni's end lunge basically. It's possible to do more than 90° and this shows his accuracy with the perfect curves.

@@rangerfc1307 I might also add that turning addons like boots and moonshine aren´t curving addons. curve is different, and the engravings that this specific killer was using, they are actually called curving addons, because they make the "curve" in the beginning more dangerous for survivor because there is less time to react. ohtofu has a good video explaining this if you are curious
