Warranty or not, this is bs and everyone should get a refund and not have to wait weeks to get their bow back because they’re gonna miss hunting time. @@JBJHonez according to MFJJ, from Podium Archery, Mathews is two day shipping limbs out to customers who have dealt with this. It was a bad batch of limbs and already resolved. I am sorry this happened to you! And, I do understand the frustration of you and anyone dealing with this, but I would talk to my bow shop and point out that other customers are receiving their replacement limbs in two days!
@@FloridaBowMen we will see how long it takes. I’m gonna sell it when I get it back. I’m going back to my trusty 2019 PSE Evoke 35. A bad batch should have been recalled sooner. I bet some folks have cracks and just don’t know it. Either way, it’s nothing new and should have sent an email out a lot sooner warning people.
@@JBJHonez fair complaints. I just hope people realize this isn’t the first major bow company to have a problem. Bowtech, Hoyt and PSE have all had their issues in the past. None of them, to my knowledge, decided to offer warranty forever (including past downs to the person who buys a bow used and still honor the warranty FOREVER)!
Bowtech had notorious problems in the late 2000’s and into the 2010’s. PSE just had a limb failure issue as recently as 2017. Hoyt likewise had problems from like 2010-2014. They have all been thru it, and they have all had enormous amounts of crap talking done in the aftermath. All of these companies though went to great lengths to fix the problems and resolve the issues for the customer! I really am sorry for everything be experiencing this problem this year, and I really do understand the frustration. I just hope everyone knows or can do their homework and learn that this isn’t the problem of a “bad brand” or of one brand in particular.

We ask that you please take your bow to your Mathews retailer and have them contact our warranty and technical team to get a new set of Lift limbs headed your way. We are working hard to get warranty parts out even quicker than we have in the past. Depending on how quickly your Mathews Retailer gets them warrantied, it shouldn't take longer than a week for your new limbs to get there.
