Finally somebody else with COARSE eyebrow hair testing these products! Mine are so long and unruly and just act so differently from most RU-vidrs 🤣. Thank you so much. Excellent, thorough review! So glad to find your channel. Have a Blessed day
Such a helpful review especially for those coarse and bristly eyebrows that I have. Thank you so much!! And I would love to see a make up routine video on how you get your skin looking so flawless and yet natural 😍
@@Fralunke same it doesn't work in humid climate at all...... like I lay down my brows got them super bushy at home and then 10 mins later when Im out they just drop down cuz Im sweating. it doesn't hold at all.
@@therealcinnimo same here i bought it and tested in the store...looked good but then...it didn't worked out...i think it depends of your skin idk but im sad even though it worked to some people :(
I have oily skin and honestly the only brow hack that seems to keep my eyebrows in place for a long period of time is soap. I’m a flight attendant and after 8 hours of flying neither Anastasia or NYX can keep my eyebrows in place. I have thick, black coarse eyebrows so after a long day most eyebrow gels end up weighing them down. I would definitely be trying the Got 2 be glue tho…great review. Thanks ❤️
I have super coarse brows and ended up getting the NYX brow glue to give a product besides pears soap a chance and regretted it immediately! Emptied it out on the same day and fillet it with GOT2B glue for a portable product! If you've got super coarse brows that do not lift upwards, nothing will work as better as soap brows (using hair spray for wetting) or GOT2B. Don't waste money on anything else
Oh wow you have all of the products that I'm wondering about, my brow hairs are coarse too! I've tried the palmers soap and got2b gel so I have something to go off of 💕 perf video
This is such a great video! I wanted a comparison of all of them and this was perfect. The only ones missing I guess are the Patrick ta brow wax and the brow lamination gel, but I don’t imagine them doing a much better job than the ones you’ve tested. Thank you!
U can literally cut the soap to smaller piece n put it in a small container.. As a mua it works for me as I need disposable spolies anyways along with a small spray bottle w water
Nice job but at the end confusing. During the initial test of all three do you like the Anastasia fest. But then when you came back for the summary, you didn’t like the Anastasia confused
This is so helpful! I could not get the Nyx brow glue to work, it stayed tacky all day and my brows would fall back down within an hour. Have you thought about trying the colourpop brow wax?
So this isn’t a brown product per se but…gel for edges!! Just get one with no alcohol so it doesn’t damage and dry the skin/hair but wow it’s changed my life! Similar in application to the anastasia product but only like $6-11 and way more flexible. Thanks for this vid I really wanted to see how these actually worked.
Very helpful video. Your hands look super hypermobile and bendy like mine, do you have H-Eds too? Or Hypermobilitysyndrome? If so ans your hands hurt, there are silverringsplints out there that keep your fingers from bending too far the other way and keep your thumbs in place. This is the first video I watched on your channel and I found your review very detailed and VERY helpful, thank you. You’ve got a new subscriber.
I'm trying the brow freeze from ABH bc I had heard so many good things and I love a strongly laminated brow on me. Idk if I'm an idiot and am doing it wrong, but I can not, for the life of me, get it work. I've used more, I've used less. I've applied it after foundation, I've applied before foundation. If I apply before filling my brows in, I can't use my brow pencil. The two things I hate the most are that it only holds my brows down to my skin for literal minutes. They look frickin amazing...for 6 minutes. And it never, EVERRRRRR dries down. It stays tacky the entire time. Even after I apply power over top to dry and set it, then I can't apply my brown pencil AND it still stays tacky. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I tried G2B and it didn't work for me either but I only gave a chance one time so since I still have the whole bottle, maybe I'll do it again. I found some actual wax (solid) or maybe it's soap I'm not sure, on amazon that has worked better than anything I've tried but still my hairs fall after a good few hours. I'm wondering if that's just gonna be the story no matter what I try. I may just have to get them laminated professionally
The NYX literally did nothing for my brows, my brows fell flat within 15 seconds. It makes me so reluctant to try others that everyone online loves because I just know my brow hairs are a whole different level of coarse lol
I hope you see this❤❤❤ but please try Big Sexy Hair(SPRAY & STAY) apply to a spoolie * when you’ve got the shape, set with a hair dryer & a low heat setting & I promise you’ll never use anything else or also the Got2b Glued hairspray, not wax, for a cheaper alternative. This is what Pugh uses & the only thing she uses. I leaned it from her & stole her hairspray lol. But it’s a tip I give ppl who try just wayyyy too many products & waste money. The Big Sexy Hair one also lasts a good year+. Hope you try & it’ll be you’re go to. Please try.
Thank you!!! No, no crunchy feeling with nyx, unfortunately because it doesn’t seem to dry down all the way. It’s been years since I’ve used Boy Brow since I could never get it to work on me so I can’t really give an accurate comparison :(
This was very informative , thank you What do you suggest for the odd grey triple thickness hair that appears from nowhere? I usually end up plucking it
With the soap brows, did you let that dry a bit before you put it on? I use pears soap & that shit takes forever to dry & never gets completely dry like got2be it stays tacky & my hairs still don’t do what i want. Got2be is the first product I found that actually keeps my hairs flat down all day but still hard to shape them how I want.
My brows must be way more coarse than I thought because I had issues with most of these. They either didn’t hold or they flaked. I like the patrick ta brow gel lamination glue stuff.
The Patrick Ta is gonna be my next purchase! All of the ones she mentioned didn’t work for me 😭 got2b, yes, but unless I plastered them down they’d come “undone” or get flaky
@@LL-et3yk I really like it, but after a little bit it starts to get more glue looking from the bottle. The first few times were awesome though. I like it because it doesn’t plaster your brows down but still holds them up!
@@LL-et3yk it holds all day for me! It feels like there’s something there but it’s not like, plastered down to your face. They go up, but they don’t lay flat. I liked it. You can always return it if you’re not into it!
I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to store the pears soap bc it’s my fav! I don’t like any gel I’ve tried they never hold my thick brows. The soap is the best. I saw someone say they cut the soap so was thinking to try that..the little plastic bag of soap in my makeup bag drives me insane lol
The pears soap does nothing for my thick brows and leaves a residue. When you brush your brow without any product and they stay standing, my stubborn eyebrows hairs literally go back in place quick. I’m really hoping the got 2 b glued gel works for me. I got a little black one 🙏 How long did your brows last with that one?
omg your brow video blew me off my feet best video ever to decide what brow gel to get, I feel better I watched your video now its given better idea what to purchase we need to save some money so im trying hard to decide. Im really confused thoe they are all getting brow gels out and claiming they are the better brand purchase from me you can't retun the items once used their should be a guarantee with this type of product or your money back otherwise you end up with lots of brow gels, I got a free clear brow gel from Anastasia over 1 hour ware time they stayed fluffy and in place and it was according to my eyebrows hairs like the refy I haven't tried it yet I am tempted but it lifts so high that if your brows are missing or you don't have full brows it lifts them to the extent you have to purchase a pencil too I think or can you apply it on its own and leave or apply after products just to give a little lift this what no one's talking about, but I might just order the nyx glue and see if that is good on me. But the got2b hair gel is it good for your eyebrows? I luv how the Anastasia gave that laminated look not thier is good hair gel, Anastasia, refy, nyx im struggling with I have missing eyeshadow took 10 years to grow back still not fully grown back due to bad salon threading and they are nit thick no more and I want them to look full fluffy nit flaky and give me that laminated look but natural any suggestions what I can try let me know please. You hair is really beautiful and the brows suited so nicely with your hair I think your review was too good thr best I've seen so far that was a brilliant review Thank you so much for sharing
Ugh I've tried all these "soap brow" alternatives and none hold up. I'm Native American and have straight brows that want to stay angled down, naturally. Not even the freaking Got2Be Gel.
I know you commented months ago, however as someone with extremely corse brows I wanted to give you a tid bit I find works for me! I use the pear soap and before I do any of my makeup I use a damp hot cloth and press it againest my eyebrows to soften my eyebrows. I also use jojoba oil on my brows before I go to bed to soften them. I find this softens them just enough for it to work :p
Has anyone found pilling or white flakes with the Got2B? Everyone seems to love it for the hold but I’d love to find an alternative that holds as well and doesn’t have the white flakes?
Right! haha I'm still using the Pear's soap the most, its my tried and true! Refy is what I reach for if i'm in a rush, i've just stared using a separate spooly with it to shape the brows once the product is in the hairs.
@@anneong8064 I heard some people use hairspray or makeup fixing spray to wet the soap. Also make thicker paste and try brushing backward or down first then upwards.
On me, pears soap dries down all the way and lasts all day! However, I’ve heard people with a little curl to their brow hair have issues with it lasting all day!
