I appreciate direct comparison videos, so thanks for that! I already have the Ajazz and don't feel like I really need both. However, I can say that the Ajazz Gift switches are amazing and if anyone is curious, i recommend those over the Flying Fish.
I have the ajazz too the flying fish switches are so good they r poppy and feel so good i actually wanted the gift switches too but they were out of stock
The F75 probably has the WORST software of any keyboards I've tried. It's buggy, the machine translated menu names are confusing, and it keeps asking me to update the keyboard's firmware every single launch for no apparent reason. Despite that, the F75 sounds and feel really good. I've tried opening it up to take off both the case foam and silicone for better gasket performance and sadly broke the power switch. But it is possible to open them with plastic pryers. I suggest starting from the bottom of the keyboard and working your way up. Be careful of ribbon cables and also, make sure to align the power switch with the housing when putting it back on. Without the foam, the sound is more poppy and the gasket performance is wonderful!
is the Epomaker x Aula f75 the same with just the aula f75? I'm having problems with where to get the firmware to install. The Aulastar website firmware wasn't recognizing my keyboard.
i have both of these and they are both great but imo the AJAZZ with gift switches sound allot better especially if you hand lube them, then they sound very marbly. also i dont trust the software for the AULA since i came across some post of it basically being spyware and windows defender also blocked it (the ajazz software seems fine) regardless both of these can sound great with some light modding but my pick goes to the ajazz
The Aula F75 sounds niiiiice stock with those switches. Thocky af. May not even not to mod it. Thanks for the comparison. Just bought the AK820 pro but now I kinda wanna get the Aula F75 too
This two keyboards is neck to neck battle. They are both good in my opinion. but i really like the sound of aula f75. But i bought aula f87 coz i want to have printscreen on my keyboard for project/editing purpose. Thanks for this comparison.
Isn't is possible to make a screenshot with just a shortcut or a macro? Don't see the reason to buy an inferior keyboard because of such a slight inconvenience (if any)
Here in asia we usually avoid ajazz because of their recently horrible QC and reliability. Since the overwhelming success of the earlier ak820 batches they start to pump out more production but they make the QC worse. Some keyboards stops working after 3-12 months of use, and the one that come with a screen are either popping out of their cases, or didn't turn on after a while. It's one reason why they failed in the chinese market which is where they come from, overtaken by VGN who uses the same base and OEM as ajazz on some of their products, but with better QC and reliability. But i'm glad that some of the batches that are on Europe or US is fine since i heard very little complain from buyers there.
What do you think about the quality of Ajazz keyboards from their official store on Aliexpress? I live in Poland and I'm considering buying such a keyboard.
Thanks for this video, been watching it again and again these past few weeks after also watching other reviews. Finally pulled the switch on the Aula F75 which I got for $35 in my place (Asia) with the Graywood v3 switches in ths black and yellow variant. Will probably arrive in 4-5 days. Been contemplating on these 2 keebs for awhile, thanks to this video I was able to decide which one to choose 😂
i have the cheapest ak820 version (20 usd) and my friends have pro ver and aula f75. i feel sad for my friend with ak820 pro bcs it have same case material as mine, which feel ultra cheap and should be better for 55 usd keyboard, while aula f75 feel solid and weighty, so much better built
i bought a drunkdeer a75 for my lil bro cause he js got a pc and we both noticed the effort it takes to press down the keys is way more significant n lowk tiring compared to my wooting, would u reckon this keyboard would be good for gaming given the sensitivity of the keys? i want something that feels as sensitive/responsive like a wooting but wont take take weeks to ship
At 4:50 you say that the AK820 feels more robust and has a higher quality feel to it, but then at 6:05 you say the build quality of the F75 is far superior. Isn't this a contradiction?
guys i have ak820 pro with fish axis switches (its my first mechanical keyboard ever) and everything is perfect but...keys are too sensitive for me, sometimes my hand is resting on keyboard and im missclicking alot, should i return it or buy new switches? :/
If possible, you could return it for another one with the Gift switches instead, which are heavier. I really love them, personally! But that's also the nice part about hotswap keyboards is that you can buy different switches to try.
incredible video , i just ordered the aura f75 from an ali express store which genereally has good reviews but only something like 200 sales or something like that. i bought it for 60 dollars. is it possible that they will ship a replica or no replicas exist in these kind of stuff ? it was marked as a choice due to the 10dollars down or a bit more compared to the other sellers
WOAH I randomly noticed when hearing the Ajazz AK820 Pro sound test.....(in my opinion) the spacebar sound and echo when pressed sounds almost identical to the Yunzii YZ75 spacebar sound and echo!!!! Although each have different switches, hearing the AK820 spacebar definitely made me instantly realize those thoughts to then relate the 2 boards LOL. 😎😎
The f75 is absolute trash. The switches literally fall out of the f75. The knob is hardwired in, it's thin cheap feeling. The AK820 pro is ridiculous for the price and those gift swtiches are amazing (even though I went with the epomaker flamingo swtiches). The knob is replaceable and the tft screen is great. I returned the f75 in a day. It's garbage.
