At that price, you could probably have gotten a 1440p 144hz monitor for not much more. Much better for editing and it’s 27 inches. Also, just because it’s hdr compatible doesn’t mean it is good hdr or colors.
@@PCHPGames macbooks have little to no tolerance between the screen hinge and frame. Even big crumbs can break screens. Take a look at r/macbook pro or air. People who use keyboard covers often post about fucked screens. Like “i opened my macbook today and it looked like this: picture with keyboard cover or case.” Dont use a case or keyboard cover
For editing I would recommend to use an ultrawide QHD monitor, they’re also affordable and you get a lot more screen real estate 👌🏼 longer time line and all, but this seems also good
@@Skylsz i saw his other videos, he doesnt show an real interest in games, so he doesnt need a pc and already has a macbook which is far superior in editing ( im a windows user, but i know that mac has things better than windows)
@@Skylszwell tbh if you already have a MacBook you don’t need a pc unless you are a hardcore gamer. And the dude is really not into gaming that much. He would be better buying a play station or Xbox if he wants to play games casually.
@@theyluvfrosty6041 i got a oled lg c3 42 inch 144 hz monitor for 500 $ to hook up to my pc amazing deal and REALLY good condition... used monitor on ebay are really good value if you look hard.. i found a 4k oled tv (lg cx) on ebay 48 inches for only 300$ glossy bro got scammed for 1080p monitor for 200 $
Yo guys look out for the HP 32qhd or the 27q… I recommend the 32 inch for editing and the 27 inch is the best for gaming because you’re easily able to see every single bit of the screen and also with this monitor it is 2K resolution and I’ve been using it for a good few months now… don’t buy it while it’s $300. It actually goes on sale quite a bit and I bought mine for 220 bucks.
I got a 30”, 200Hz, 1080p monitor for around US$185, but they changed the price to US$250 after I bought it. There is very little ghosting and the colors are decently accurate for the price. The company is SCEPTRE.
@@vwrgamingi bought a 27 inch 1080p ips 165hz monitor and it's honestly nothing short of amazing. i came from a 32 inch 720p tv so the upgrade was crazy
Bro I have been editing 4k videos, studying 11 hours a day, scripting everyday, reading ebooks, watching videos, gaming , online classes, browsing everything on my MacBook Air 13 inch M1 2020 model since 3 years and it zips through tasks.
once my company was relocating, as me and bunch of the employees where helping with the moving, there were tons of unused monitors so we got to bring like, 6 of them home. Each were worth over 300 dollars.
