Bhai Barbell stand ka height kitna tak uthta hai. Squat stand ki tarah use kar sakte hai kya

The barbell stand is 4 feet high from floor and only suitable for bench pressing. It cannot be used for squats due to insufficient space; you’ll need to move the barbell rod to another area to perform squats. Because all parts are fixed of equipment.
