Perfect for car camping :) Perfect size and does pretty much everything. Think this is something id invest in when I get around to actually start car camping :) Happy Easter to you all mate.
The good thing about laptops, ipads and iphones is that they have internal batteries, so can run on those until they need recharged. And if you do that on a sunny day, whilst your solar panels are connected, you're golden. :) I use my iphone for navigation, so it charges while I drive. But I did get a compass for the dash as Google Maps tells me, "Turn west," and I say, "Is that right or left from where I am?" If I can't look at the little map thingy, I guess wrong. I put mine on charge the other night, 7 hours later it was still on 99%, then I realised the display can only show up to 99% lol, after playing with it and accepting it is a small power station so it will have limitations I've gotta admit it's a great unit for the price, I've ordered some 5v usb powered lights to see how they work but for a weekend away just charging phones and powering lights I'm well impressed
This is it Billy, it’s awesome if your charging small items, but you do have a little give that if you wanted to power something larger for for a short while you can. When I first charged mine it did appear to stop on 99% too …. But it did tick over into 100%, but that was in half the time of yours so just over 3hrs.
Great review dude. Lovely little power station. Definite agree that socket is a silly way round though. Probably better sideways. Bet its easy to turn too. Looking forward to your boat load coming in 😉

I think that for me it would only be for summer use car camping but I think it would be ideal for a few of my other interests. Astrophotography for charging up batteries or powering my Star Adventurer. I also think that it would be ideal for trips out on my ebike and trailer as I could half charge one of my spare batteries whilst on the go and use the solar panel too as my rigid one is too big. I could use my s300 but although portable it is not as portable as the s200. Another good review.😁

Hi there, I’ve never timed it - but what I have noticed is that is does seem to charge up fast. I’m guessing due to its small size makes it seem super quick compared to my bigger ones :)
