I got this exact model from Swedish amazon. I was worried i got some weird old model, luckily for me it says it's the 1070 model, same as yours which you seems to be admiring! I did try it out. Compare witth my old shaver this went through like butter. Given that the hairs was already short. Ill try it with 2 says growth and see how well it does the job.
It might not be suitable for areas with softer hairs. Foil shavers needs you to stretch the skin sometimes to get all the hairs. Special this one which is a single foil blade without a trimmer. Else, its small and imo very comfortable and not harsh at all on my face skin.
It's useless because I have it and it doesn't shave the cheeks properly. When I try to shave the edges of my beard, I have to press hard to be able to shave smooth, and that hurts my skin.
Have you made sure to cut your beard as short as possible before using the shaver ? Also make sure the skin is dry as possible if the skin is oily or wet you will also struggle to catch the hair with the shaver.
