Travel size Guitars are also called 36 inch size Guitars in India. There are also parlor sized guitars that are a little smaller than the Travel size. However both can be referred to as travel size options since it serves the purpose of a compact, lightweight, travel friendly guitar.
This size is also great for younger guitar players who wants a compact size to learn on. We have often seen a lot of music shops in India suggesting guitars like Yamaha F280 and F310 to students who are young and cannot even hold such a bulky guitar. The result is students loosing interest in learning and even worst quitting learning all together. And that such a sad thing to happen just because of a wrong size!
Slash Mini is a guitar we immediately liked because of its quality and the optimum price range that a beginner can afford. The default strings on this guitar is a little heavy in our opinion. Can be brought down to a 10 gauge or 11 gauge.
