Does it have a skirt on it to enclose the area under the teardrop/truck?

No that is the only downside but you can close off that area from the gazebo section. Our friends who have one put a little piece of tarp across there with magnets

How easy is this to setup solo? I love the idea and application, but worried about setting it up solo.

pulling out the sides isn't bad, it does want to collapse a little but you just have to get in after the sides and give a good push up on the middle piece, if you are not very tall it can be done with some kind of thicker stick, board, pole or something. I will try to get a short video of me setting it up by myself. We are heading out on the road tomorrow so I can hopefully do it in a day or so. I will probably upload it as a youtube short or put it on our Facebook page or Instagram. Thanks for stopping!!!

I would say you should be ok solo, just wanted to add you look pretty tall in your videos so that is the biggest issue is the center piece getting popped up.

I’m 5’4” and could do it myself. It’s a really cool screen room and we’ve had tons in the past years.
