I want to go too. I was trying to get in touch with Shyne so I could do a interview while I was there and possibly work with the Belize tourist board so I can do some good vlogging.
I visited Dominican Republic and it was the simplicity and how humble the citizens were. The Hotels are what carry off the island. However, they eat all the foods we would eat in Jamaica 🇯🇲 🇯🇲 🇯🇲 . I really enjoyed my time there though. Bahia Fantasia was extremely beautiful, and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
I am a bit skeptical about going there. For 1 there has been a few deaths of African Americans that went there to have fun and for 2 , their relationship with Haiti and the Haitians and how they treat them and for 3 , the Dominicans I meet in the US who look like black people they try very hard to separate themself by saying ih papi i nuh black , which tells me they do not like black people. On the flip side, every one I KNOW THAT have gone there has had lots of fun there and enjoyed it. I want to go but I would have to go to a very secured spot, all inclusive type
Uncle Flo respect your mind blowing rundown of these islands is an eye opener i learned alot you are made from Jamaican soil so BIG UP OUR PLACE thanks i will need this budget info.In all your vlogs i love when you say this is where i get this material you can go look it up. Hope to hear MORNING thoughts on Friday walk good don't buck you toe.
That would be awesome!my sister and I had Belize in mind for numerous years and now we are retired and semi-retired we are planning a trip there. Our dear mother was diagnosed with dementia 8 years ago,we wanted to take her back home, but our experience with one of our siblings was very frightening,so we are still here with dear mother.Thank you Souflo for the work you are doing to keep us informed.Great job! more blessings 🙏♥️
I've never visited Belize and didn't particularly care. But, now that you've provided all this valuable information, that island is definitely on my list of places that I must go. Thanks so much for a very informative video on our beautiful, yet cheap to visit and live in, Caribbean islands!!
@@souflotv I am romanticising living in Africa probably in an East Africa nation. Then hearing your show the Caribbean is tempting, especially as I have a lot of family in Jamaica.
@souflotv GM fam I need a vacation 😫 Jamaica not soon enough in June. I have friends from Grenada and I would love to visit there too beautiful island quiet 🏝. She wants to come to Jamaica she lives everything Jamaican🏝 Her children are from a Jamaican man 😄😄🦋✌🏾🙏🏾
Soflo how could you leave out St Lucia? Until Jamaica calms down with the violence this is my adopted home away from home and I would encourage all your viewers who can visit to do so to this beautiful island. The island is very green and beautiful, and fruitful and the people are very warm and welcoming. The U.S$ is 1-$2.69EC. It’s a bit expensive though especially their food, but it’s worth every penny.
Look at the title of my video fam, LOL, it says the CHEAPEST, and you just said $1 US DOLLAR will only get me $2.69EC, lol THAT is exactly why I left it off the list because it is not the Cheapest. I want to visit one day though
My mother lived in Curacao back in the late 1940s to 1961. Lived there 14 years until she came to the United States. She have fond memories of the place.
CURACAO is the very first place I've ever traveled to in 1981. I really did enjoy it apart from the swinging bridge that opens up for the ship to cross and it locks everyone on it as it opens. Beautiful place. Forst place I ate frog legs 🐸 🐸
You ate frog legs? eeeewww LOL, I have not tried that yet but I did travel to Texas and ate some Aligator and surprisingly it was very good. One of my favorite now, LOL.
@@souflotvfrog's legs aren't bad at all. I'll admit I didn't know that it was frog legs mi did ah nyam, until I was done eating. After my initiatial reaction, I had to admit, it was good. I had even used the noodles, to clean out the last bit of frog leg sauce of my plate! 🤣
To be honest, I dud not know it was frog legs before I was finished and was told. I was trying to vomit 🤢 made no sense it was great eating it...yes Lil'Bro I ate frog legs😅
I been going to Jamaica 3 times just stay in small hotel n eat street food I live in Pittsburgh n airfare under 500$ round trip I love it n stay away from tourists areas
You living the dream. I do it as a get away too , I cant make it 3 times, but I do go about 2 times usually. I never go into the Tourist spots, everything local for me , street food and airbnb
What up folks. Hit the likes right away once you get this content in motion fam, back in the building again, it’s been a minute but I’m here . Let’s roll SouFlo, bring it on ..🍺cheers …. Toronto is in the house..🇨🇦
2k monthly is more than most American SS retirement. Thailand and Mexico is like half that price. Does anyone knows how to search for lost family in JA? How or where to start the search? Are there any agency or website?
The only Caribbean island I want to live in is Florida (lol)........Just want sunshine and safety. J'ca can supply the sunshine but safety? Nah.............
LOL, I have to laugh at this because depending on where you are in Florida it is very safe. My area is very safe, we had our first murder in 5 years in 2022 and it was a group of teenagers who stole drugs from some people up in Maryland and came here to hide out and they trailed them here.
@mrs.laborde6604 Yes. Not being sarcastic. Remember the couple who must have thought about the crime rate in Grenada, I did. So, they went on a boat ride there. Got killed & thrown overboard.. The devil was after them. Anyway, I would go there, the odds of being attacked are less than many places.
Peace Bro I was wondering if I can interview u on my show , I speak on business , entertainment and self awareness, I dont have crazy numbers but in return I can share your videos for a month
I was ok until you said Jamaica 🇯🇲 lol Beautiful amazing food pon point di best country in the world but CHEAP not in Jamaica 🇯🇲 DNA lol. I spend more in Jamaica and I stay at mi childhood home than I spend in UK
Crime is mostly ghetto people killing each other. Mostly middle class Jamaicans are living a decent life. Look at the Mitchell's. They are living a decent life in Jamaica.
Good question and here is my answer. I did a video on this recently. Jamaica likes to hide the fact that it is impacted drastically by the crime rate but it is. They pretend it is not and beat their chest and say, no matter what they keep on coming, not true though. The Bahamas did TEN MILLION in tourist visits in 2023, while Jamaica did ONE MILLION and change. The Bahamas is way more expensive with a lot less to see and do , yet people prefer to go there instead. That says a lot to me.
@@souflotv But that doesn't translate into the typical Bahamian on their islands being much better off. A Jamaican, Adam Stewart is one of the biggest hoteliers there. Many average Bahamians are still migrating to Florida, USA. Why not stay on their little Bahamian islands if things are so rosy and fine? 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
@@souflotv Most of Bahamian prime real estate are owned by wealthy foreigners. Their houses are not big and lavish like many Jamaican homes in the suburbs of Kingston, Suburbs of Montego Bay, Mandeville or St. Ann. 😂 😂 😂 😂 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
I understand what you’re saying but I am a Grenadian living in Grenada so my perspective may be different. I travel to Florida frequently to work and still find it expensive. If you have the money and the job Grenada can be cheap!
food is expensive unless you want to live on only fruit and veg, property rental, hotels and airbnb's are very expensive, land is expensive and electric is very expensive @@souflotv
