~CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS~
► 4 cups cooked chicken breast
► 1 Granny Smith Apple Diced
► 1 cup (2-3 sticks) Celery, cut in half lengthwise then sliced
► 1/2 cup Green Onion, finely chopped (5-6 green onions)
► 2 teaspoons Dill (fresh or dried)
► 1/3 cup Mayo
► 1/3 cup-1/2 cup Sour Cream
► 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
~OTHER INGREDIENTS~
► 8 Large Croissant Rolls
► 8 large Leaf Lettuce Pieces

I never was big on apple slices or red grapes or walnuts in chicken salad. It's easy enough to omit those things but I always wonder why someone would want to mess with perfection. I guess if everybody liked the same things there would only be beer to drink. 😉

Maybe because many think red grapes in chicken salad akin to PB&J. Dried cranberry in tuna salad.

Use a spatula to add or mix poultry and ingredients..Not your hands

I have this recipe, got it out a book over ten years ago. I did not use dill , I use regular salt and it was delicious. I do not like the way she used her hand in the food. Too unsanitary.

If I was cooking for someone other than my family I would have worn gloves but when I'm cooking at home, no need to wear gloves. I just make sure my hands are clean.
