Because I am Jamaican, Hakka is the kind of Chinese, I am most familiar with, The majority of Jamaican Chinese are Hakka and most black Jamaicans have a little Hakka ancestry. Hakka food is just the best.

What are the best places in Manhattan for the taiwanese bian dang chicken leg or pork chop with the meat sauce and pickled cabbage with rice? There was a place in Korea Town years ago called bian dang in that food court but left.

How about making an episode where you aren't focused so much on how cheap the food is, but how good it is regardless of the cost? Good food that happens to also be cheap is always a good thing, don't get me wrong. But for some of us, cost is not that big of a factor, and the quality of the food is what matters most. We're not all struggling college kids anymore. And yes, I am speaking from a place of privilege and fully own it. I'm probably not even your target audience anymore, which is cool too (still love you guys, though!) But just a humble request to consider. 😀
