For some reason the Recipe has dropped off. CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUTS 1 bag butterscotch chips 2 bags chocolate chips 3- 3 1/2 cups salted peanuts (add more if needed)
I have always used salted peanuts for this recipe. You can substitute another nut, however, I think the mild salty taste is perfect with the chocolate! Enjoy!! I just made several batches for friends!
They look good. Next time you need computer help, these would be great to brainstorm on troubleshooting. Wonder how Macadamia nuts would go with these or Pecans. Who cares. You need to tell people what the ratios are that you're using and you didn't say what ratios between the peanuts and the chocolate chips is a chocolate chips more ratio than the peanuts how does this work

The chocolate to butterscotch is 2 to 1 and amount of peanuts equal the total cups of chips. For example, I usually make: 2 bags chocolate chips 1 bag butterscotch chips 3 cups peanuts Thanks for your comment, please let me know how you like them!
Those are peanut clusters and Brock's also used to make chocolate covered peanuts that were double dipped single peanuts. These are not chocolate covered peanuts!
