The NA MX-5 is definitely heading towards classic investment status, with increasing prices confirming it. Mariner blue IMHO is the best colour for the first edition roadster. But...... A manual transmission?!! I don't think so A significant part of the cars perfection comes from that short throw, precise, dare I say, perfect 5 speed transmission. In totality the car is a visceral and wonderfully analogue experience, a fabulous antidote to our increasingly digital world and classic or not, they are still a steal for what you get. 🚙☑️
