I live in Canada and ordered helix and clutch kit and just to warn Canadians ,ups charges $170 broker/ tax fee. Anyway i got mine and there was no helix in the box. I called the shipping department and didnt get much help or answers. The next morning i called parts dept and talked to Dylan and he was great. He sent iut a new helix with feedex and i got it in time for my Saturday froup ride. Works great! Thanks Dylan
Just installed my msc stage 3 clutch kit on my g2 950 trail I have to say that's insane power to unleash in a utv absolutely highly recommend this product
Blake that thing is mean and I love the look of this. Another awesome MSC upgrade for sure. Tell Joel he looked a little sloppy or rusty on the clutch change so needs to run a special like the next 10 purchases in house are done by Joel for free for some practice. LOL
The kit is amazing, installing everything was really easy.the only shitty thing is getting the cover off the housing it's damn near impossible.onceyou get past that it's easy and worth it.
Geez... you guys made that look so easy! It looks like it barely takes 30min. to do for such a huge improvement. Is it the same clutch kit that you would put into a 800 Trail? I'm hoping to pick up a 2024 (for the return of the hand brake).
Ok, help me out in the clutch kit, I have a new 2023 ZFORCE 950 sport and I drive mostly 70/30. 70% road soft trails and 30% trails/woods. What kind of clutch kit would you recommend?
Just got a stage 3 kit up here in canada. I am running 29 inch bronco hyper x tires do u think i should install the new secondary spring with the helix. Distributor said probably not needed with my tires as they aren't real big or heavy. I can notice big difference already with just the install of everyrhing else in kit. Thanks in advance
I have not tried the Elka shock.. right now elkas are the only upgraded shocks on the market that are readily available.,, But Team MSC has been working on something 😉
Hi, with this new model, is it possible to replace belt in field, without tools (other than 6mm screw to open plates?). Previous models hadn´t enough space to remove velt.
Every CVT equipped SxS or atv is going to have “clutch noise” Yes some are more noticeable or “silenced” more than others depending on piping/layout of the intake and outlet of the CVT … But if it’s truly “rattling” abnormally load then you could have clutch components like the sliders on the ramp plate of the primary could be loose and have some play in them and just need to be replaced
why does everyone change there clutches in there can am and polaris as soon as they buy it? same reasons you can always make it better especially if you want big tires
You are definitely not a car guy. When I got my first good paying job, I bought a used 1996 Acura Integra. In stock form, it was an awesome, super reliable, beautiful car. Within 6 months of hanging around at car meets, I caught the modding bug and have been modding every car I've ever owned since, even though they were great in stock form. Modding is about taking something good and making it better, stronger, and faster (to your preferred flavour). I consider it a sickness, but one that will put a smile on your face whenever you see your vehicle or turn the ignition. I somewhat equate it to people that obsessively collect things. You just don't get it.
