@@noreakseymeang5641 Seele received Sparkle’s atk buff while the non-quantum characters didn’t, which lowered their damage numbers! And also, she got her limited lc, while the others don’t.
How? Izumo gives you 12 more and pioneer gives you 4 more when the effect procs, I think you have an extra crit rate buff from something that u didn't take into account 😅
@@aracuno8626 Maybe e1 + sparkle? so 18 + 10 + 12 + 4 is an extra 44 and that brings it up to 90. If FX is sustain, I can see it being 100% in battle , unless they're saying other units' passives count as buffs and they have 100 before that
@avislater7651 yea but he said before buffs, plus assuming that he has e1 acheron and s1 sparkle and is specfically using FX sounds very situational, oh well tho no big deal
It’s luck dependent… theoretically the region with the most amount of players should have more players with better relics and have the most players with absolutely insane relics… since that’s how luck and rng based rolls work It’s just that you’re an exception.
