"it's about the people" and some will probably say it's just a cool coffee joint with all the cool stuff young people want and that might be true. But if the people working there are truly part of the experience, then that is special

Never thought about visiting a country just for a cup of coffee lol. I would love love love to own a place like that but the investment, and hard work that goes in to it is out of my league at this time. Everything has to line up to make it a success like that, genuinely brilliant when something like that comes off

Last time I went there, they did my V60 with a golden filter. I asked just to know, because I've never seen something like it, and yeah, it was an actual filter made of gold. I got veeery confused so I asked what's the deal about it, and they started enumerating the qualities of it in comparison with paper sheets. Man, this place is the definition of hipster, but is so freaking cool

That's standard in Europe, since they get made in Switzerland. It's pure chemistry: you cannot make filters out of any other metal, because you couldn't possibly get fine enough wires to actually filter coffee AND make those rust free, with e.g. galvanizing. Gold is the only choice for filters. Nothing hipster about it. You pay ~4 quid for a gold filter here and they replace thousands of one-time filters. it's economically and ecologically sound.

Food Busker you want the best coffee in the world outside of Italy come to Australia actually make that Victoria actually Melbourne we have some of the greatest coffee shops ever and some awesome Restaurants it's one of the worlds great food Capitals come visit you'll love it

As long the music is not too loud then ok. One of the reasons why inside Starbucks location table are empty is cause too loud speakers. The music is only entertaining their employees and annoying the customers.🤔

Wrong mate, the best coffee shop is in Holland, The Hague: Dizzy Duck! Huge menu with lots of varieties and the edibles like the brownies will leave you totally chilled. Peace!

Good coffee shop. Best in the world? No. Not even close. Yes, food is subjective but in my opinion for both the best coffee and the best and most unique atmosphere you need to experience Truth Coffee in Cape Town. Their steampunk design and truth coffee beans is like nothing I have ever had before and still haven't found a close rival. It's smooth like chocolate. Food there is also great since it's almost a restaurant.
