Not true. Drinking in public is banned in many public areas but it's down to the local authorities to decide whether to implement it or not, they aren't obliged to. Outside of towns and cities you're fine though

@@LiamEshikari yes. Unless, as I just stated, a local authority imposes restrictions by way of a public space protection order, then, funnily enough, it becomes illegal. As I've just explained it's not a blanket ban and local authorities are free to impose restrictions where they wish (Such as city centres)

I would of told the cop... No your wasting your time because you thought i was on my phone but it was a cookie and you pulled me over for something i didnt do... If i said that i would get arrested
