It looks like a great tool but I am so over clothing oriented tools being locked behind subscriptions rather than license purchases. It's the same problem I have with Marvelous designer and unfortunately Blender isn't quite there yet when it comes to the ease of use of these other tools for clothing
@@MR3DDev are you going to go more into the custom stuff as well? i also hate the sub model but if it's amazing i may suck it up and do it. do you lose access to everything if you let your sub expire, or still get access to what you previously downloaded/made?
If you are using this for Game Dev this is an amazing tool. Second to none. But if you're making animated films, its much easier to just generate an alembic file from Marvelous Designer. The tinkering with Udraper to get the physics on the garment right is very time consuming in my experience with the trial. And the MD simulations ,overall, seem better than Udraper's simulations. Just my 2 cents.

Wow! This is so VERY cool! I have been waiting for something like this to come along for our MetaHumans! People ask me when my game will be ready to play....I tell them when technology catches up to my vision for the game. This brings it one step closer! A little expensive for me, I would have to purchase the business license. But who knows, maybe this can/will be something that Epic would purchase and make it more affordable or even free, like they did with the MetaHumans themselves! (Wouldn't that be nice!) if I cancel my subscription will It break my characters that already are using udraper, I just want to use it for some of the clothes I am not going to be making clothes every month for a year, I just have about 20 characters I want to make nice clothes for then I won't need the plug in. will the clothes stop working?
I'm a bit confused here are you skipping a large portion of steps to get the clothes on the metahuman? I get lost when you select the archive to put the pants on
I have followed all tutorials, but the garments, made or premade the bottom keeps attaching itself to the arm of my metahuman- as if the rig is broken? Can someone help
Unfortunately no packaging. And the subscription is required at all times even after the work is done and you're simple using unreal for presentation. It's really unfortunate. It's not for games it's for fashion development or something I guess?
Subscriptions, lack of good documentation, and electronic delivery of unfinished, buggy software have poisoned the industry. Subscriptions have eliminated the need for quality development.
