I think most people were expecting that type of level of paint job out of the box.

I agree that would’ve been the best option instead of wasting it on areas that don’t make any sense.

That’s a great idea it’s really unfortunate that this figure is missing that type of articulation.

I mean, I don’t really like the idea of Mechagodzilla 2021 having body articulation. But that is only my opinion.

It’s part of the main design sure it might not make a difference, customers shouldn’t be dealing with this type of problems.

The figure itself is really great the only problem is the paint job and missing accessories.

Honestly, you can just paint everything with really dark metal and then dry brush some steel paint on him. Then put red on the places it belongs with a reference. Then boom your done and it looks way better 🥸👍

Exactly I was thinking about that they added diecast on unnecessary areas.

Yes the paint job isn’t the best and the lack of articulation in some areas.

Of course I felt like I had to report on it that way everyone is extra careful with their figure.

I’m sure they have different plans for the future but it’s still a disappointing figure in some ways.

@@RubiGamingx like I ordered the figure and I’m excited for it. But damn if they make like a battle damage version or something the normal guy is goin straight to eBay Like why I got the nargacuga. I mean I like him but the main reason being It’s a tradeable item if they ever make a tigrex or a Barioth. Same goes for zinogre. I’d rather have a great jagras if they ever make one and I can use the zinogre for trade

Which is why I probably won’t customize this regular version in case there’s ever a special edition, It’s a awesome figure but it definitely disappoints in some areas

No I don’t think it’s too big it’s the right size when you compare both of them to each other, Mecha Godzilla was always supposed to be taller.

Thats just not true. If you actually watched the movie, they both fired their beams at eachother and we got a shot of them standing straight up and mechagodzilla is much bigger than godzilla.

Yes mechagodzilla is said to be bigger & more powerful

Totally agree with you I don’t have the figure yet but everyone tells me it’s a big disappointment I can see why.

@@RubiGamingx yeah man lots have to do with very less accessories and paint job, i painted mine and it looks so much better .... but the details cheers you up though, thing that i really loved about it. sometime on quick glance i tend to think its playmate cheap one, since its not to bigger than that. the comicave company made iron man figure like IGOR and its cheaper about the same size ... mostly diecast metal. i hate bandai going all plastic like this, its feels like 3d printed filament.... then this gets sold out and price jumps from 150 to over 300 ridiculous

For the price point they definitely should’ve had more diecast there’s no excuse for not having any accessories or less articulation.
