I would LOVE to see a longer video about this. I had no idea liposuction was an options for breast reduction. I've been wanting/needing one for years but don't want to do the big scary surgery
Look up laser bra by Grant Stevens in Santa Monica. I had my breast reduction in the year 2000 and here it is 23 years later, and my boobs are still up. Lol
im so happy for you. it’s really a hard thing to commit to and it’s scary. and im so so so proud of you to be able to commit to talking out your IUD. it must feel super super scary! your so real and and just an amazing person.
Renee u are literally so strong!❤️ You inspire me to be brave with my choices and to be myself, you’re such an incredible person and I aspire to be like you
It’s always nice when we do things to improve our quality of life and they work out exactly as intended. Happy for you beautiful! I hope life continues to be kind to you in the same way you’re so kind to those around you. The way your positive energy radiates through a screen… I can only imagine what it would be like in person!
I hope your back pain goes away from this! Also I really hope this doesn’t go to the wrong side of TikTok or RU-vid. You have very positive understanding fans though so I doubt it ❤
I've been thinking about doing this, and I'm glad to see it went well for you! Being petite, everyone is always like dang you're blessed, but my back hurts...and I hate when I wear anything remotely fitted and people stare at my boobs. 😅 it's the worst
i’m almost seventeen and going soon to get a consultation on whether i’d need liposuction or a full on removal of muscle!! i’ve had severe back, neck, shoulder pain since i was 11 and in the past year started to experience some nerve damage. thank you so much for talking about this.
I think you are perfectly proportioned !! And very pretty to boot❤ Don't worry about what people think about you kiddo.... God made you perfectly and that's all that matters !!
Wow that’s an incredible before and after! Not that you aren’t beautiful before and after but it balanced out your figure. I’m currently pregnant but I’ve always told my husband that after we’re done having kids I want a reduction!! So glad to know it worked so well for you!
Good for you as long as you're happy and healthy. I teach tennis and one of my students had the surgery for lots of issues with her shoulders and back.
@reneenoe She did fine, she's back on the court and she feels so much better. I think that people think of it as a cosmetic procedure, an elective surgery. The fact is that it was physical issues that hindered her movement .
Hi, I love all your videos and positivity you spread, it makes my day every time! This video especially has helped me a bunch, I'm only 18 and have severe back and neck pain and it's very painful and hard to do physical activity. I am so scared and nervous to get surgery done and have so many questions for someone like you who has actually gone through it. Thank you, queen!
New follower, I have been seeing you for some time now on RU-vid shorts. I’m a off and on runner when I’m going hard I only hit a mile! Keep in mind i am a short girl and a little plump and a little old! Not old like ankle socks old but old enough that I can’t wear crop tops or have a need for nip covers or boob tape ( who needs tape for an old Saved By The Bell tee!) I saw you rock a pair of HOKA’S the other day, also didn’t know wtf that brand was till good ole google. I’m a middle class woman with 3 boys who dress better than I ever could so those bad boys are gonna be on my feet for sure come April!!!! Your gorgeous and young and inspiring ❤
Hiiii, I love you and I watch you allll the time. I am 14 and also want one when I am older, so you mind making a video going more in depth of your doctor, experience, and price?? I love you and thank you soo much!!
queen, I don't know how interesting this detailed info is for everyone, so with questions you can DM me on my IG noebadvibes or my tictoc.I'd be happy to answer everything you have in mind.🩷🩷

@@reneenoe oh my sweets, I have 1 daughter we adopted her when she was 3 days old, and I’m proud to say she is a beautiful, kind, calm , smart, 22 yro !!!! My heart ❤️ I love her so much, I swear God made her just for us, our bond is and has always been incredible! You’ll see when you become a mommy, it is magical. I miss the baby days but I have plenty of nieces and nephews to play with!!! Love ya girl!!! You brighten our days !!! 💗💗🤗🤗
wow, you're making me sob. this is such a beautiful story to tell. You should totally write that in your book. I love it. Thx for sharing such a precious story. ILYSM, my lovely queen💜💜
So before I even saw your content I was thinking about this - now for context I’m like a 34C but my chest gets so uncomfortable and I’m a weird size between like a small- medium in most like sports bras and I always wanted to go back to being able to wear stuff with light padding and not feel like my chest was just - BOOM this feels like a sign 🥺
You looked really good before. And you look really good after. I had a breast reduction and when I woke up the next morning from a very invasive breast reduction where I went from a 34 DDDD to a 34D and lost 14 pounds. Now that’s a breast reduction.
I lost around 20lbs recently and I lost a lot of my boobs that had really bothered me in the past. I only realised how much smaller they got when I put on a pair of my supportive bra that I hadn't worn in 8 months. 🎉
what cup side were you before and after?! i have been thinking about getting a reduction but hated the idea of invasive surgery. honestly great to see someone with a story like mine
I really want one. I’ve gotten into running recently and it’s been very hard even with a good sports bra because it feels like my chest weighs me down 😢
Just wanted to ask a quick question as someone who is considering making this decision as well- were you ever concerned about nursing post reduction in the future with your kids?
i really want a breast reduction (mine aren't even that big, but wearing a bra and other things causes me a lot of pain) so its so great to see yours went so well!
Exactly! And that feeling affects our self-confidence. I'm so glad Renee got this done young. I had a breast reduction approved by my doctor and insurance company, but my mom said no because I was too young. I was 18 yo and under her insurance. Fast forward ... I had a baby young and haven't been able to afford it ever since. So, that feeling we have about our breasts doesn't go away with age. I'm 5'9" and 125 pounds, and I still don't feel like how I actually look. I'm fully aware that it's because of my breasts. So, I highly suggest doing it young, if you can ... save yourself years or decades of that unnecessary insecurity. Next summer, I'm hoping to get a reduction with a lift (since pregnancy changed the shape of them). I know I will be more confident and feel my actual size/weight when I get it done. Only women with naturally large breasts will emphasize this.
I don't get it, why did you do the reduction? You looked great before the surgery, afterwards too but I'm confused. Was it for health purposes or you didn't like the look?
I have an honest question as a woman with a very large natural chest. 34 ddd so this honestly is just from that perspective. Did u do it because of the weight and strain of your breasts before surgery?? How long was the down time. Was it extremely painful, do you feel better as far as not carrying the extra strain on your back etc, and when you recovered did it feel odd or did you have any regrets about the way clothes set on your chest after??
hi, Angela. So, yes back strain was the culprit especially during running. The down time for activity for 6 weeks, and the pain was minimal well managed with prescribed meds. It was just a bit too big for my frame. I don't feel like it affected the way clothes sit, but you would be a better judge of that💜💜
@@reneenoe hey I know this may seem odd, but I truly hope that you actually see what’s going on in Palestine and how the innocent Christians and being treated, the Israelis just bomb the oldest church in Jerusalem (where it is believed Jesus was crucified) and 700 women and children were taking shelter, now dead. Just remember that media can often have you hating the people who are oppressed and loving the oppressors.
Make a photo from the site with normal breasts in an normal bra and then from straight ahead with an tight sports like bra after reduction is the same as taking a photo from your body in the morning and the next one with pump after a steroids cycle to show that it really worked. But i got to say that i like the dedication to your highly competetive work because you will fit in more outfits which will increase your chances of getting jobs. It's like cutting weight for an MMA fight or lose or gain much weight for a role for an actor. You really have to love what you do (or get really well payed) in order to make such sacrifices. I respect the crap out of that.
Does anyone know why she reduced the size though..pure curiosity? Is it to prevent disease? I ask because we have similar 'befores' and don't have issues
@@reneenoe aww been there with back pain, i can't imagine it being chronic. you deserve the effort it takes to feel better and glad to hear it was worth it 🙏
